From the past two days, I've experienced Tongue Ulcer. Mouth Ulcer for me is normal but for a tongue ulcer, it is very difficult for me because it effect my teeth, gum and cause me a painful headache. Tongue Ulcer are also called asaphthous ulcer.
The Cause of Tongue Ulcer
1. Drinking Hot Coffee and Tea.
2. Eating Hot Stuffed Item (Chilies).
3. Not taking breakfast.
Treatment
1. Vitamin B-complex.
2. Applying Glycerin at the spot.
3. Bonjela
Home Remedies
1. Applying Butter.
2. Applying Honey can heal ulcer fast.
3. Cleaning mouth with mixture of salt+hot water.
4. Drinking small amount of coconut milk.
5. Eating papaya.
6. Cleaning mouth with sea water.
