Six Pack Abs



1.  I think most of the people love to have a six pack abdomen. It is not hard actually on gaining the shape. Actually you don't need to go to the gym everyday, buy an expensive set of exercise instrument or wasting money buying the protein. All you need is a healthy lifestyle and a little effort. Spend about 8 minutes a day and you can see a wonderful result in one month.

2.  Some tips on gaining six pack abs:

     a.  DO CARDIO WORKOUTS. e.g Jogging, Swimming and Cycling.

     b.  EAT SMALLER DINNER. Fresh fruits or vegetables. (Don't damage your stomach by eating)

     c.  EAT BREAKFAST. Egg, pancakes or fruits will be sufficient.

     d.  DRINK MORE WATER. 8 glass of plain water will be sufficient.

     e.  LIFT WEIGHT. Cardio is not enough to build muscle. This will build your muscle.
